How do you refer someone?

Referring someone is easy! You have two simple options:

  1. Email them using this template to explain what teaBOT is and why you think it would be a good fit for them. Don’t forget to cc (or bcc) us at [email protected]. or
  2. Send them the link to request a demo. Remind them to list your name as the person who referred them, so that you can claim your incentive!

What’s in it for you?

We have several ways to say thank-you if your referral* signs up with teaBOT:

  • If they do a virtual demo with us → You and they both get teaBOT swag
  • If they become a client → You get a $1000 Visa gift card

What kind of places might be a great fit?

Anyone can be a great teaBOT partner! While we’re open to exploring new intros, our clients tend to be:

  • Offices and VIP lounges (e.g. hotel, airport, casino, etc)
  • Located in Toronto, Chicago, or Boston (but we are open to expanding to new cities)
  • Passionate about building community and providing their teams and clients with innovative experiences
  • If they work in an office, they might be directors or managers of people, culture, HR, or wellness

*Referral Program Details:
In order to be eligible for the teaBOT swag box or $1000 gift card, your referral contact must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be in Toronto, Chicagoland, Boston, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo
  • Office size must be 100+ people
